1. Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
Complete Order Returns: We only accept returns for complete orders. Partial returns are not permitted.
2. Return Process

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods during return transit.

3. Refunds and Store Credits

Full Refund: The cost of the items will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned order.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance Items: Items purchased from our clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Customized Orders: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. International Returns
Customs and Duties: Customers returning items from outside Pakistan are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
